Furniture Sales & Design Specialist

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Sales Associate to drive sales through exceptional customer service and strong knowledge of the La-Z-Boy selling process. You will promote the Design program, schedule consultations, and help customers create customized room designs with expert guidance.
Training pay begins at $16 per hour for 2-6 weeks, followed by base pay of $13 per hour plus UNCAPPED commissions. Average earnings after training range from $35,000 to $55,000+ annually, based on location and
