Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Complex Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Litigation practice group in New York, New York. Duties Manage and prioritize high-end client service and case deadlines. Contribute to and support team success through proactive initiative. Ensure seamless execution of responsibilities and collaborate effectively. Operate confidently within a team and independently. Requirements Two to four years of comparable law firm experience. Federal judicial clerkship experience preferred. Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills. Strong academic records and impressive communication abilities. Experience with a broad range of commercial or complex litigation matters. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the state of New York. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
