Benefits Claims Manager: Lead Resolution & Strategy

City of Chicago in the Department of Finance (Benefits) is seeking a Benefits Claims Supervisor to oversee the resolution of ineligible claims and manage staff responsible for claims handling, reporting, and compliance. You will interpret policies, coordinate with contracted providers and attorneys, supervise enrollment and appeals, prepare status reports, and testify as needed.
