Endocrinology and Rheumatology Lead APP

Overview Dartmouth Health seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as an Advanced Practice Provider Lead to provide endocrinology or rheumatology care at our academic medical center, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. The Sections of Endocrinology and Rheumatology are interprofessional academic groups specializing in providing holistic, patient-centered, and relationship-based care while shaping the future of the healthcare workforce. Responsibilities Working as part of a team is essential for this position. Prior advanced practice experience in either endocrinology or rheumatology is required. This position will oversee both the endocrinology and rheumatology teams. The candidate hired into this role will perform the clinical duties of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) while leading and managing other APP personnel in clinical, research, and educational arenas to support the mission and vision of the department and the health system. The APP Lead will report directly to the Section Chief and to the Dartmouth Health Office of Advanced Practice Providers as a department representative. The APP Lead will also be expected to collaborate with other members of the endocrinology leadership team, including the Nurse Manager and Practice Manager.
