American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. OK or KS state licensure required relevant to where the employee works. Knowledge and skill in writing prescriptions for the Physician as needed.Education:High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
