Electrical Estimator – Commercial and Multifamily Projects Location: Las Vegas, NV Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Electrical Estimator to join a growing team in Las Vegas. This full‑time, salaried position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in estimating commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects. The right candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, competitive bids and supporting successful project execution from preconstruction through closeout. What you’ll do You will collaborate closely with project managers, general managers, and field foremen to prepare bids, source materials, and support operations in winning and building outstanding projects. Your responsibilities will include analyzing blueprints and specifications, developing precise estimates, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and preparing detailed proposals. You’ll also support project turnover, conduct site visits, track change orders, and maintain organized estimating files and historical pricing data. What we’re looking for At least five years of experience as an Electrical Estimator in commercial, multifamily, or industrial settings Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Proficiency with estimating software such as McCormick, Accubid, or Vision InfoSoft, along with strong Excel skills Solid knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and the National Electrical Code Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening Why this role matters This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on high‑profile projects in Las Vegas.
