Your Role

• Support specimen collection efforts and assist in preparing samples for various tests when necessary.
• Thoroughly document procedures, facilitate training for new staff or trainees, and contribute to maintaining high lab standards.
• Ensure a sanitized, safe workspace while complying with all relevant regulations and accreditation protocols.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree while being prepared for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within a year of being hired.
• Maintain your certification for the duration of your employment.
