Join to apply for the Customer Service Manager role at Castle Rental Job Description Job Title: Customer Service Manager Reports To: Store Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Summary: Manages Customer Service Specialists as well as the store's sales and marketing program by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities Ensures the store meets its monthly goals. Manages local store marketing. Provides necessary training to store sales staff. Develops positive customer relationships. Helps customers by matching them with just the right products. Maintains the visual appeal of the store. Makes the most effective use of the store displays. Maintains the ability to explain product features and benefits. Responsible for calculating discounts and any promotions as applicable to the rental agreement or sale. Ensures the customer's files are set up and maintained properly. Qualifies customers for the product. Assists with managing the store's customer accounts. Performs regular sales calls. Seeks and maintains knowledge of current products, pricing, sales, promotion, policies, and procedures. Assists with ordering products, creating purchase orders, and receiving products in to the POS system. Assists with creating and verifying rental agreements and educating customers on their agreement. Assists with training and developing the store's delivery and installation specialists. Assists with managing store inventory. Assists with refurbishing store merchandise. Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
