Our behavioral health treatment program specializes in helping adolescents and young adults overcome substance use, mental health, and mood disorders. Opportunity This unpaid internship/practicum requires a master’s student in counseling or social work. Students will gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, supportive environment, with one hour of individual supervision per week and weekly Clinical Team Meetings. Responsibilities Support clients’ recovery journey and contribute to treatment goals. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Maintain high‑quality clinical documentation, paperwork, and billing responsibilities. Coordinate care with clients, families, and other providers. Participate in supervision and clinical team meetings. Qualifications & Core Competencies Committed to excellence in clinical documentation. Professional, self‑aware, and ethically oriented. Excellent communication skills. Dedication to working under direct supervision. Passionate about therapeutic work in a multidisciplinary setting. Requirements Currently enrolled in a master’s program in counseling or social work seeking a clinical internship. Availability to commit 15–20 hours per week, including at least one evening per week. Desire to contribute to a supportive, client‑centered treatment environment.
