A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Full Stack Java Developer
Title: Full Stack Java Developer
Position type: Full Time - Contract
Duration: 18 Months
Location: Charlotte NC, Chandler AZ and Irving TX (Hybrid-3 days onsite and 2 day Remote)

As a Full Stack Java Developer, You will:

• Lead complex technology initiatives with companywide impact.
• Develop standards and best practices for engineering large-scale solutions.
• Design, code, test, debug and document projects/programs.
• Review and analyze large-scale solutions for tactical and strategic objectives.
• Make decisions on engineering solutions requiring industry knowledge and new technologies.
• Collaborate with experts and external industry groups to resolve technical issues.
• Mentor peers and lead projects/teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices, Cloud, Kafka, OCP - with proven ability to design and deliver scalable enterprise. applications.
• GenAI/LLM (agent creation, integrations) - leveraging modern AI frameworks to build intelligent solutions and seamless integrations
• Contact Center Tech development experience - enabling advanced customer engagement platforms and automation.
• Middleware development to fill product gaps - ensuring smooth interoperability and bridging functional limitations.
• Workday and Verint integration - streamlining HR and workforce management systems with operational efficiency.
• UI maintenance to reduce vendor dependency - sustaining user interfaces with in-house expertise to minimize external reliance.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $65/hr to $70/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
