What You'll Do- Plan and implement engage in, age-appropriate activities
- Create a welcoming environment
- Supervise and care for all children
- Communicate effectively with Country Creek families and co-teachers
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Assess children's learning and development
- Previous experience working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and implement lesson plans
- Passion and dedication to work with young children
- Early Childhood associate degree
- Enjoy teaching and learning in a nature environment
- Enjoy being outdoors
