Director of Maintenance Job Category: Maintenance Requisition Number: MINNE006606 Full-Time • On-site Location Birchwood HCC 604 NE First Street Forest Lake, MN 55025, USA Description Birchwood Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Director of Maintenance to join our growing team. The role focuses on repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Days Available: Monday-Friday Monthly Rotations: with Maintenance Team Wage: $27.00-$37.00/hr. Duties Ensures repair, maintenance, and function of building electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floor care, vehicles and grounds meet expectations. Creates and implements preventive maintenance program for buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment. Ensures work orders are completed in a timely manner. Consistently protects residents and tenants’ safety by controlling access to chemicals and equipment. Attends and assists in training events to maintain and expand competencies and customer service. Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and adherence to the department’s budget. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Housekeeping and Laundry operations. Experience in health care is preferred. Boiler License. High School Diploma or equivalent. Benefits Paid time off & paid holidays. 401(k) + company match.
