Job Description Chairside Assistance: Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures and examinations with precision. Patient Support: Provide exceptional customer service, greeting patients and preparing them for their appointments. Safety & Sanitation: Maintain strict adherence to infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols to ensure a sterile work environment. Clinical Preparation: Set up and break down treatment rooms and organize necessary orthodontic instruments and materials. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient patient flow and practice operations. Records Management: Assist with maintaining accurate patient documentation and medical records as required.
