Forklift Driver Opportunity Tellworks, a growing 3PL provider, is currently seeking forklift drivers for our USA Parkway location. Shift Schedule Wednesday-Saturday 400PM-230AM The continued growth of Tellworks has created the need for warehouse associates ready to hit the ground running. Associates perform a range of duties including labeling and consolidating product accurately, picking and pulling cartons/boxes; placing materials on pallets or in staging areas and/or other applicable spaces within the warehouse, loading/unloading trucks, and matching material documents to requested orders. Other duties may include labeling, cleaning, other maintenance duties, and special projects. Consolidate cartons and material from storage areas accurately and within specified performance requirements Consolidate inbound and outbound freight from trailers and/or containers Ensure that product is moved safely Read, decode, and decipher product data to expedite order movement Perform inventory moves including put-away and replen tasks utilizing RF device/WMS direction Ability to stand and walk for a full workday Performs all tasks in compliance with Tellworks safety and compliance policies along with adhering to OSHA standards. Job Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Prefer 2-4 years of experience Current forklift certification Consistently lift, standing, bending, and rotating motions Must be able to read, write, and speak English Basic Mathematics Skills Must be able to pass federal/state/local government and company required background checks, clearances and/or drug and alcohol tests. Physical Demands Must be able to move about the warehouse to access product, machinery and assist others Must be able to move and place cartons on pallets weighing up to 60 pounds Must be able to bend downward using legs at knee Must be able to communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange accurate information Must be able to stand for 10 hours Non-Physical Demands Must be reliable and dedicated to good attendance Must be available to occasionally work overtime, as required Must be adaptable to changing work tasks and workload Must be dedicated to working safely Must be dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service Tellworks Logistics
