Service Advisor – Toyota (West Palm Beach, FL) The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for a Service Advisor at Northlake Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. This critical role serves as a liaison between customers and the service department. Responsibilities: Build strong customer relationships and sell technician time. Greet customers, advise on service needs, and manage the service lane. Provide service suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape. Coordinate parts, scheduling, and documentation.
