Overview As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers. Are you a "people person" who has a talent for making friends with perfect strangers? Do you have a love for shopping and the Tillys lifestyle? Are you ready to combine those traits to create a unique and engaging Customer Experience in a sales-focused environment? Then we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Deliver the Tillys Experience to customers in a sales-focused environment. Engage with customers to create a unique and engaging shopping experience. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to be a "people person" and build rapport with customers. Interest in shopping and the Tillys lifestyle.
