Seeking coverage starting in June
- June 4,10,23-25,29; 7p-8a
- June 5,13,21,28; 8a-7p
Days and Nights available
Average of 41 patients per day
Physicians and Mid Support
Must be Certified
Must have active OR State License and DEA
Must have BLS, PALS, ACLS, ATLS Certs
EMR: EPIC
