We are seeking 2 different positions in Alma, KS.

Position #1: Warehouse Maintenance

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep a manufacturing facility running smoothly. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability across our operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Perform facility repairs as necessary; painting, concrete work, light fixtures, plumbing
• Install, Inspect, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventative maintenance according to schedules and standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment efficiency and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in an industrial or manufacturing facility as a maintenance technician or industrial mechanic.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, welding, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of industrial electrician practices including high voltage and low voltage systems.
• Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing issues quickly and accurately.

Experience:

• Industrial maintenance: 2 years (Required)
• Manufacturing maintenance: 2 years (Required)
• Industrial Electrician: 1 year (Required)

*Full time Permanent Position

*Weekly Pay

*Shift: 530am-2pm

*Pay: $20-$22

Position #2: Warehouse Forklift Operator

Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, material handling, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving activities.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Process and record received materials in the inventory management system.
• Prepare shipping documents both inbound and outbound.
• Send ASN's electronically to customers who require them.
• Prepare, package, and ship customer orders according to specifications and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and receipts.
• Move and organize materials within the warehouse and to/from production areas.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Communicate effectively with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
