ABOUT THE ROLE ElevenLabs is building the most advanced AI audio platform in the world. Millions of creators, developers, and businesses use our products, and organic search and our website are among the most important sources of new users and customers at the company. That organic engine was built primarily for our Creative Platform and self-serve users. This role builds the B2B one. We are looking for a B2B SEO/AEO Lead to own organic growth for the business buyer across everything we sell — our Agents platform, our developer and API products, and our enterprise offering. Agents is the most immediate opportunity and where you would start, but the mandate is the whole B2B surface: the low-volume, high-intent keywords business buyers actually search, the pages and content that capture them & our visibility inside ChatGPT, Gemini and other answer engines. This is a hands-on, highly autonomous role. You will do your own keyword research, build and improve pages yourself, vibe code the tooling you need, write and direct content, and analyse your own impact. The right person has done SEO for a B2B software company where the goal was pipeline rather than sessions. You are comfortable justifying a page with modest search volume because you know what those visitors are worth, and you are as comfortable with the AI search surface as with Google.
