Sole Payroll Specialist / Payroll Coordinator Our client is looking for a payroll pro ready to own the full cycle for a fast-growing, multi-state operation with thousands of employees relying on accurate, on-time pay every week. Benefits & Extras Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401k with company match 2 weeks PTO plus 1 week sick time Room to grow within a large, expanding organization Employee discount and regular company-wide gatherings Compensation $55,000-60,000, depending on experience What You’ll Be Doing Processing weekly, multi-state payroll for 4,000+ employees Managing the full in-house payroll cycle from start to finish Coordinating with the tax vendor on payroll tax filings Serving as the sole point of contact for payroll processing Supporting reconciliation efforts alongside the accounting team Partnering with the Controller on payroll-related reporting What You’ll Need to be Considered 3-5+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience High-volume employee payroll experience (250-500+) Proficient in Excel; Great Plains ERP is a plus Comfortable owning payroll independently as the sole processor Reconciliation experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr ITAC Solutions
