Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Per Diem Home Care | Vent/Trach | $35-$38/hr Pennsauken, NJ | Camden County Affirmed Home Care is currently hiring experienced Per Diem Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support home care cases throughout Pennsauken, NJ and Camden County. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about pediatric care and value the ability to build meaningful, one-on-one relationships with their patients. Position Overview In this role, you will provide individualized, one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs in a home setting. This environment allows you to focus entirely on your patient while delivering high-quality, attentive care. Most cases offer 8–12 hour shifts, providing both flexibility and consistency in scheduling. Candidates with experience caring for medically fragile children, including those requiring tracheostomy and ventilator support, are strongly encouraged to apply.
