Unit Manager- Sub-Acute UnitLocated in Bridgeton, NJSalary: Up to $120K; Depending on prior experienceQualifications:Must have a valid New Jersey RN licenseMust have prior nurse management experienceMust have long term care/skilled nursing experienceMust have excellent leadership skillsResponsibilities:Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.Evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient condition.Collaborates with medical staff in care and treatment of patients.Deliver hands-on care and medication administration as needed.Assist with patient's examinations and/or questions.Maintain accurate accounting records.Address questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their familiesRepresent the unit's interests with the upper-level management.
