Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license (New York State or compact eligible)
• Minimum of two years of recent hospital-based Interventional Radiology RN experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong IV insertion, critical thinking, and patient assessment skills
• Experience with moderate sedation and IR-specific protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with radiologists and the IR team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Monitor, assess, and manage patients before, during, and after IR procedures
• Administer medications and moderate sedation as required
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control standards
• Serve as a resource to patients and families by providing education and emotional support
