Maestro(a) de Matemáticas: Middle School La misión de Caribbean Global School es desafiar a los estudiantes a convertirse en personas compasivas, curiosas, conocedoras del mundo y motivadas para lograr un cambio significativo. El maestro de Matemáticas desempeña un papel esencial en el desarrollo académico de los estudiantes, fomentando el razonamiento lógico, la resolución de problemas y el pensamiento crítico. Su objetivo principal es ayudar a los estudiantes a comprender los conceptos matemáticos y a aplicarlos en contextos académicos y de la vida real, inspirando confianza y curiosidad hacia la disciplina. Desarrollo Curricular: Diseñar y planificar lecciones de matemáticas alineadas a estándares académicos y adaptadas a distintos niveles de aprendizaje. Instrucción Dinámica: Implementar métodos de enseñanza innovadores e interactivos que promuevan la comprensión profunda y la participación activa de los estudiantes. Uso de Tecnología: Incorporar herramientas digitales y recursos tecnológicos que hagan el aprendizaje de las matemáticas más accesible, visual y práctico. Evaluación del Aprendizaje: Desarrollar y aplicar evaluaciones variadas para medir el progreso, retroalimentar y ajustar la enseñanza según las necesidades de cada estudiante. Apoyo Individualizado: Brindar estrategias diferenciadas para atender la diversidad de estilos y ritmos de aprendizaje. Colaboración: Participar en proyectos escolares interdisciplinarios y trabajar en equipo con colegas para reforzar las conexiones de las matemáticas con otras áreas del conocimiento. Título universitario en Educación con concentración en Matemáticas o en un campo relacionado. Preferiblemente, maestría en Educación o en Matemáticas aplicadas. Experiencia: Experiencia previa enseñando matemáticas en un entorno escolar. Experiencia en la planificación e implementación de programas académicos. Conocimientos Técnicos: Dominio de metodologías actuales para la enseñanza de matemáticas. Capacidad para integrar tecnología educativa en la enseñanza de la materia. Habilidades Pedagógicas: Excelentes destrezas de comunicación y presentación. Habilidad para motivar e inspirar a estudiantes de distintos niveles y antecedentes. Habilidades de Gestión: Capacidad para gestionar el aula de forma efectiva y mantener un ambiente de aprendizaje positivo. Habilidades organizativas para planificar y ejecutar lecciones y actividades. Disposición para trabajar en equipo con colegas en la planificación de proyectos y actividades interdisciplinarias, sobre todo en proyectos STEAM.
