Job Title: Material Resource Planning Controller – MakeMake Working Pattern: Onsite 9/80 scheduleWorking Location: Indianapolis, IN What you will be doing: Working with manufacturing to create and implement a credible plan that meets customer requirements. Ensuring all raw materials are available for production via system scheduling and by working closely with the purchasing group. Working with SAP IM and WM, following WIP Cycle Count and floor store count processes to maintain system accuracy of material, ensuring timely transactions of any discrepancies. Maintaining ERP systems with robust and credible data that creates suitable supply elements supporting the delivery of customer demands. Managing deliveries and making balanced business decisions under trying and ambiguous circumstances. Communicating with cross‑functional teams and the production team for a clear understanding of the customer. Facilitating logistics methods for delivery and movement of parts. Basic Requirements: Associate’s degree with 4+ years of work experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing or manufacturing. Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of work experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing or manufacturing. Master’s degree. JD/PhD. In lieu of degree: 6+ years of work experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing or manufacturing. Preferred Requirements: Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) experience. Experience with project management. Experience collaborating with various departments. Familiarity with load and capacity planning and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Union environment experience. A 9/80 compressed workweek means working 80 hours over nine days in a two‑week period, generally nine hours Monday‑Thursday with alternating eight‑hour Fridays and “off” Fridays. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Compensation ranges from $81,520 to $132,470 annually.
