Quality Control Manager — Growth Path to Project Manager

Anchor Construction is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to lead the Quality Control Program for a major civil project. This exempt role will implement the Quality Control Plan, coordinate inspections and testing, review submittals, and ensure contract quality compliance. Growth to a Project Manager role is possible based on performance and project availability.
