Job Description Project Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator – Industrial Repair & Service Center A growing industrial repair and service company with a facility in the Pontiac, Michigan area is currently seeking a Project Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator for a Direct Hire opportunity with their team. Compensation is anticipated to be based on each candidate's experience and qualifications. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Qualified Project Administrator / Customer Service Coordinators will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience: 2+ years of recent experience in project administration, customer service, order entry, service coordination, purchasing, or administrative support. 2+ years of experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, distribution, service center, repair, or related operations is highly preferred. Experience processing customer orders, purchase orders, quotes, invoices, or service-related documentation. Experience coordinating vendors, materials, inventory, logistics, shipping, receiving, and project schedules. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience working with ERP, MRP, inventory management, purchasing, or business software systems is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal personnel. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience supporting repair, maintenance, industrial equipment, rotating equipment, pumps, motors, or related service operations is advantageous. High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial but not essential. Equivalent experience will be strongly considered. Must be able to work in the United States. No H-1 sponsorship or student visas will be considered.
