About the Job You will provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer‑Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. This role emphasizes a smaller panel (800–1,000 patients), longer appointment times (30–60 minutes), and a capitated‑fee environment that removes fee‑for‑service incentives. Collaborative Oversight : Interdisciplinary teamwork with at least two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). Qualifications Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency with professional experience in either Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatric. Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify required; active state license mandatory; DEA preferred. CPR/BLS certification required at start. Dispensing license may be required per state regulations. Desired Attributes Philosophical alignment with our care model and a strong interest in creating a wonderful service experience for patients. Pay Range Pay Range: $187,000 – $210,000/yr for a 30‑hour week schedule. The offer may vary by geographic location, experience, and skill level. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive. Marathon Benefits Summary Eligibility is based on 24‑hour week.
