This role reports directly to the VP of Product Management. The Director will act as the operational product leader for the portfolio—owning execution rigor, coaching Product Managers, managing cross-functional alignment, and ensuring that the R&D teams deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
