Plumbing Service Technician

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and honest Plumbing Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing services. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing full-service plumbing repairs across various settings, including residential homes, apartment complexes and commercial buildings.

A clean driving record is a must. All candidates must pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

- Service and repair a variety of plumbing systems, including kitchen sink drains, bathroom drains, mainlines, toilets, and bathtubs.

- Repair, replace, and install copper water lines, galvanized water lines, gas lines and PVC materials.

- Perform soldering for pipe connections.

- Install water heaters, shower valves, kitchen/bathroom faucets, garbage disposals, and more.

- Diagnose and repair plumbing leaks, slab leaks, and perform hydro-jetting.

- Provide routine plumbing maintenance and inspections.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing services.

- Strong expertise in service and repair plumbing.

- Proficient in soldering.

- Ability to clear and repair drains, install fixtures, and handle pipe installations.

- Backflow testing certification is a plus but not required.

- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
