Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, applying a holistic approach to evaluate patients' needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care strategies.
• Facilitate crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources to clients in distress.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, share insights, and participate in case reviews and team meetings.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with New York state regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality and trust.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops, training, and case reviews to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York, maintained in good standing.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
