Global Compliance Associate

Supporting global compliance obligations, the full-time remote Global Compliance Associate will manage workflows, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure seamless service for GPs and LPs while adapting to evolving compliance requirements. Key responsibilities Provide information about the fund to stakeholders and coordinate with legal, financial, and tax teams Analyze fund data and documents to address compliance-related inquiries and manage third-party vendor interactions Identify process improvements and build automations to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy Required qualifications 2+ years in an operations role, preferably in a tech company, family office, or startup environment Strong interest in venture finance and compliance Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to adapt to changing requirements and embrace process improvements Effective communication skills for stakeholder alignment and documentation
