Job Overview Hourly Wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation Includes Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. They are tech‑savvy and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and ensure entertainment displays are maintained throughout the day.
