[Westfield Topanga] Toy Store / Retail Store Manager

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to join our new store opening at Topanga Mall in October. Our store offers a fun and unique selection of toys, stationery, accessories, and cute character merchandise. We are looking for a motivated, hands‑on manager who can lead the store team, oversee daily operations, and create an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and store maintenance Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and develop Sales Associates Drive sales performance and work toward achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals Maintain consistently high standards of customer service Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, product displays, and overall store presentation Handle and resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally Lead by example as a hands‑on manager, actively working alongside the team on the sales floor Qualifications 2–4 years of retail management experience or equivalent leadership experience Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a retail team Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills A good eye for visual merchandising and store presentation Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Mall operating hours may vary depending on the season Strong English communication skills Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance – eligible after 90 days of employment 401(k) & Profit Sharing Program – eligible after one year of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr WSLicensing, Inc.
