If you’re dependable, motivated, and love being part of a mission-driven organization — we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Implementation of the assigned weekend day master schedule. Supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator. Supervision of assigned direct care staff. Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Can manage a high paced and emotionally charged treatment environment. Effectively work with a range of staff while also demonstrating leadership and maturity. Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related Human Service Field. One year minimum residential experience. Shift Full-time, 40 hrs.
