Licensing/Certifications: Current RN License in Louisiana, BLS, ACLS

Experience: 2+ years in OR Nursing or applicable surgical experience

Hourly Rate: $61.10

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care to surgical patients
• Assist in preoperative assessments and patient preparation
• Monitor patient status throughout surgical procedures
• Maintain sterile techniques and surgical safety protocols
• Collaborate with surgical team members and support staff
• Document patient care and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety regulations, and best practices

What You Need Required:

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• 2+ years experience in operating room nursing or relevant surgical setting
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Additional certifications relevant to surgical nursing
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
• Knowledge of hospital safety protocols and regulatory standards
