Caregiver

Pay Range: $12.50 – $15.00 per hour 

Job Type:   Location: Northwest Houston, TX 

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable  Caregiver to join our team immediately in Northwest Houston. You will provide essential support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Areas that we service:

Cypress, Tomball, Jersey Village, Willowbrook, Champion Forest, Spring, Klein Cy-Fair & surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Transportation: Provide safe transport for clients to medical appointments, grocery store runs, errands, and lunch pickups. Must be comfortable driving client car or van or your own personal vehicle.

• Daily Support: Assist with all ADL's (activities of daily living), including light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing & personal care, and errands.

• Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversation and activities to support emotional well-being.

• Communication: Provide regular updates on the client’s status and well-being.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Experience: At least 1 year of caregiver experience (personal/private, in home care or a facility setting).

• Transportation: Must have your own  personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license.

• Insurance: Proof of active  auto insurance is required if client will be riding in your personal vehicle.

• Background: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.

• Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of being on time.

• Current CPR/First Aid certification

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have but not required)

• Bilingual: Spanish speaking is a plus.

• CNA or HHA certification.

• Memory Care experience a plus!
