Position Overview

We’re hiring compassionate, organized individuals to support clients in their homes and communities. This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with scheduling, employment, and household tasks
• Support budgeting and financial routines
• Encourage healthy relationships and community engagement
• Promote independent living through personalized support

Current Openings
 
Burnsville: 4 hours per week; Schedule: Tuesday 1p-4p; Staff Preference: Female

 
Belle Plaine- 14 hours per week; 10:30a-2:30p during the week. Male or Female staff okay.

Belle Plaine- 10 hours per week, flexible, schedule to be determined. Female staff only.

Chaska- 8 hours per week, one evening shift during the week shift would be 3:30p-6:30p, and one day shift on Saturday's starting at 11am, female staff only. 

Savage- 8 hours per week; Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday's available starting around 11a. Male or Female staff.

Shakopee- 10 hours per week, is looking for Saturday and Sunday from 10a-4p.

Shakopee- 4 hours per week; Wednesday and Friday 7:45a-9:45a.

Shakopee- 12 hours per week; Thursday and Saturday anytime during the day, female staff only.

Shakopee- 6 hours per week; Tuesday's from 5p-8p and Saturday's 11a-2p, male or female staff okay.

Prior Lake- 8 hours per week, flexible hours, female staff only.

Qualifications

• Must pass a 245D background study
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle and current car insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
