CDL A Company Driver - Local | Home Daily

Terminal: TransGulf Warehouse

Position Overview

Dunavant Logistics - TransGulf is seeking professional CDL A Company Drivers to join our Pasadena, TX operation. This local position offers consistent freight, competitive hourly pay, overtime opportunities, and the ability to be home every day. Compensation

$27.00 per hour
Average gross earnings: $1,000 - $1,250 per week
Overtime pay available
Weekly pay

Schedule

Monday through Friday
Rotating Saturdays
Optional Sunday work available
Operating hours generally between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Average shift length of approximately 11 hours
Home Daily

Daily shutdown time is determined by completion of the final dispatched load.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
Transport freight efficiently and professionally
Complete all required DOT and company documentation
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Ability to operate a manual transmission truck
No automatic transmission restriction on CDL
Acceptable driving record
Ability to meet all DOT requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required
Intermodal experience preferred but not required
