Compensation & Benefits

• $25 - $51 per massage service, based on length and type (before tips)
• Typical earnings of $54 - $81+ per massage service including tips
• Extra pay for add-on services
• Pay for late cancellations and no-shows
• Monthly bonus opportunities
• Annual performance reviews with merit-based increases

Hiring Bonus

• $1,000 hiring bonus for full-time therapists; $500 for part-time therapists

Qualifications

• Graduate of, or currently enrolled in, a Massage Therapy educational program
• Holds, or is in the process of obtaining, CAMTC certification
