Leads a team of virtual Business Banking Healthcare Relationship Managers with large books of business with businesses in the 2 - 10MM in annual revenue range, providing strategic direction, performance coaching, and day-to-day leadership. Brings proven experience in fast-paced Business Banking Healthcare environments, driving portfolio growth, client satisfaction, and risk management while supporting healthcare clients with tailored financial solutions. Team is mainly EST and CST zones. As a leader, must be able to regularly report into a PNC major facility, including ones not listed on this posting. Base Salary: $100,100.00 $223,080.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.

Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 10/01/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion.
