Joint Replacement Sales Associate - Victoria, TX

Field-based sales support role assisting with promotion and evaluation of joint replacement products in surgical and office settings. The position involves territory development, customer education, and learning sales fundamentals through mentorship from experienced representatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in operating rooms and office environments
- Support sales representatives in achieving territory targets and business development goals
- Troubleshoot product issues onsite and provide technical education to medical staff
- Manage sample inventory, track territory progress, and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Maintain on-call availability for urgent technical support during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree with medical certification and 2+ years related experience
- High school diploma with 4+ years related experience OR 4+ years active-duty military service
- Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Medical background or B2B sales experience preferred
- Comfort handling instruments potentially contaminated with blood or bodily fluids
Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 base salary plus bonus eligible and benefits
