Our client is seeking a detail-driven Senior Accountant to take ownership of core accounting functions and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work truly makes an impact. Location: West Los Angeles (open to onsite or hybrid) Key Responsibilities Lead the full month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, including journal entries, variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Own end-to-end AP and AR functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, billing, collections, cash application, and DSO monitoring Maintain and enforce U.S. GAAP compliance, including revenue recognition policies and technical accounting research for complex or non-routine transactions Prepare and present monthly financial statements and management reporting packages for senior leadership Lead external audit processes, including preparation of audit schedules and direct coordination with external auditors Implement and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, and general ledger structure Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, production, legal, and business teams to support operational and financial initiatives Requirements 3+ years of experience in audit and in-house GL accounting roles Highly proficient in accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, Intacct, or similar) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, waterfalls, lookups, etc.) CPA Preferred Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Deep working knowledge of U.S. GAAP applied across reporting and compliance functions Self-starter with strong execution skills and meticulous attention to detail within a fast-paced environment Industry Experience within Private Equity, Entertainment, Manufacturing, Technology, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Family Office, OR Real Estate Please submit your resume for consideration!
