Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote – United States Pay Rate: $17.46/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, shifts assigned between 8:00 AM–7:00 PM EST Employment Type: Contract

Position Overview: We are seeking bilingual Customer Service Representatives to provide support for a healthcare program. This role will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with eligibility and enrollment questions, and provide accurate information regarding healthcare benefits and services. Bilingual fluency is required, and language testing will be conducted.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with eligibility, enrollment, benefits, and program questions.
• Research customer information and resolve issues using multiple systems.
• Process enrollment, disenrollment, and other program transactions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential customer records.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and work with internal teams to resolve concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Bilingual fluency required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple computer systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Remote & Training Requirements:

• Must have a computer with at least 16 GB RAM.
• Reliable high-speed internet; 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload recommended.
