$150,000 – $225,000+ including performance and leadership bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated legal professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Oversee the management of family law cases, ensuring each client receives personalized and empathetic legal representation.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the firm's growth and client service offerings.
• Mentor and support attorneys and staff, guiding their professional development and career progression.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and advocating for their best interests.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations, maintaining the firm's reputation for integrity and excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in legal processes and client services.

Attorney Ed Hecht brings an understanding of what it’s like to be in his clients’ shoes because he’s also been through a divorce with children, pays child support, and has dealt with alimony and child custody. As a loving, devoted father to two children, he understands the sensitivities involved in helping people who need to be able to co-parent for years after their marriage ends.
