About the Role We're looking for a Content Marketing & Design Specialist to join our Marketing team. This person will play a pivotal role in closing Osano's awareness gap—creating high-volume, high-impact content across LinkedIn, video, and design to bring the Osano brand to life within our ideal customer profile. You’ll work alongside our Content Strategist (who owns long‑form content and webinar support) and help close the gap between strategy and execution—turning campaign briefs, ideas, and rough drafts into polished, published content across multiple channels. This is a high‑output role: we move quickly, our content calendar is full, and we need someone who can pick up a brief and run with it. This position is ideal for someone who is a proficient, fast writer with a strong design sensibility—someone who can distill complex topics into simple, visually engaging content and ship at volume without a lot of hand‑holding.
