Senior Director of Quality Assurance

Overseeing the Quality Assurance department, the remote Senior Director of Quality Assurance will ensure compliance with government regulations and GMP standards while developing and improving the corporate quality assurance system. Key responsibilities: Ensure compliance objectives for commercial products are maintained and updated to meet organizational needs Establish and enforce quality standards and regulatory requirements to assure product quality Direct and develop the quality assurance staff through recruitment, training, and performance management Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, engineering, or business discipline with 15+ years of experience 10 years of experience in a QA systems leadership position Firsthand experience with audits by regulatory authorities Working knowledge of quality system requirements Proven track record in team building and leadership skills Virtual Vocations Inc
