Senior Oracle HCM OIC Techno-Functional Specialist

Senior Oracle HCM OIC Techno-Functional Specialist
Our direct client is looking for a Senior Oracle HCM OIC Techno-Functional Expert to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The qualified individual must have the following hands-on experience:
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, Benefits modules.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and data analysis
- Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports, including Learning dashboards
- Configure and manage alerts and workflows across HCM modules
- Build and manage data loads using:
- HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL)
- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts for outbound integrations
Integrations
- Design and implement inbound and outbound interfaces with Oracle HCM
- Work with REST APIs for integrations
- Develop, support, and enhance integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and failures
Functional Support
- Provide techno-functional support across:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Absence Management
- Benefits
- Learn
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Assist in configuration validation and functional setups
- Support UAT, SIT, and production releases
Troubleshooting & Support
- Investigate and resolve system issues
- Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes
- Monitor integrations and reporting pipelines for failures or inconsistencies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in:
- Fast Formula development
- SQL / PL-SQL
- BI Publisher and OTBI reporting
- HDL / HSDL
- HCM Extracts
- Hands-on experience with:
- REST APIs
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience building and supporting HCM integrations across modules
