In each of our regions, we are the best in radiology, offering all radiology services!Job SummaryThe Patient Coordinator will greet patients, register them into the system, collect money, and perform other clerical duties. The ideal candidate must have a medical background.Our Ideal TeammateIs a self-directed learner who is willing to apply direct feedback and continuously and humbly self-assess in order to grow personally and professionally.Will work under general guidance with some expectation of autonomy.Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.Has the ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Essential Functions of a Patient CoordinatorSchedule and enter patients into our EHR system.Provide important Data Entry functions into our mammography tracking software.Provide pass through communication via Teams chat and other resources between entities to ensure quick turnaround times for exams.Besic knowledge of Breast health and Mammography encouraged.Process multi-channel messages related to patient and physician requests.Functions as a team member to organize and prioritize responsibilities to complete daily work assignments.Education and ExperienceHigh School degree or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of prior medical coordination or similar experience preferred.What We OfferImmediately accrue PTO as you work!
