The successful candidate will manage day‑to‑day operations across multiple departments including Bench, Facilities, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring projects are progressing as planned and deadlines are met. Lead and manage an Operations group of around 40–50 people. Work closely with other departments to ensure projects align with company goals and objectives. Implement and oversee lean‑manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness. Oversee the assembly of structural and chemical components, ensuring products meet strict quality standards. Manage the use and handling of chemicals, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Utilize DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodologies to improve processes and increase efficiency. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary. Ensure all operations are compliant with industry regulations and standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role in manufacturing. Extensive knowledge of structural components and/or chemical manufacturing. Experience with lean‑manufacturing processes and DMAIC methodologies. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams. Experience with chemical handling and safety regulations. Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. ITAR compliance experience.
